Chef Bex is a 15 year culinary expert, with a focus on pastry and nutrition. After graduating from Culinary School in 2009, she went on to travel and learn from renowned chefs in their cuisine of expertise, compete in culinary competitions, and apply it in professional sous and executive positions around the country. During a hard battle with breast cancer, her diet became limited and strict, and all of those years of learning alongside other chefs was applied into creating amazing recipes...safe. Thus, the plan for Batter was put onto paper and later into action, officially coming to life in 2020. Chef J, Husband of Chef Bex, also a 16 year culinary expert, took delight in growing the community and working alongside Chef Bex, mastering the pastry arts and applying his own expertise of flavor matching, recipe portioning and ideas into the business. Together, they have created what is proclaimed to be one of the best gluten free and allergen safe dining experiences.
Batter has served thousands of folks in all 50 states, with varying dietary needs and severeness of allergies and have thankfully done so safely and with zero incidents. Our products are always free of Gluten, and as accommodating as we can naturally make it!
