YES! We are a dedicated gluten free establishment. Everything is scratch made to ensure quality and safety.
With the exception of steak, everything on our menu can be made, or already is , vegan. Common substitutes include impossible patties, impossible sausage, daiya slices, hemp milk, egg replacers in both liquid and powdered form, and so forth. Our staff is trained on allergies one on one and given a course to certify their knowledge.
In addition to our intensive training, we have color coded prep materials and separate space for prep and cooking. We also adhere to NSF standards for sanitation and general cleanliness. While we are confident in our procedures, we like to remind folks that the founder of Batter herself, can be harmed if these procedures are not followed rigorously. We aim to be a safe and relaxing environment for all.
